How soon will I get a reply to my question?

We handle emails and messages in the order they arrive. Most inquiries receive a response within 24 hours during our regular business hours.

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping details, please reach out to us right away at sales@solrano.com and include your name and order number. We’ll do our best to make the change, but once your order has been packed or shipped, we may not be able to update the address.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 0–1 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

What are the shipping timelines?

Shipping usually takes 7–10 business days within the U.S. and 8–12 business days for international orders, starting from the day your order is processed. A tracking number will be emailed once your order is on its way.

Will my order arrive all together?

Depending on the size and items in your purchase, your order might ship in more than one package. If so, you’ll receive tracking details for each shipment.

What if an item is out of stock or on backorder?

If any product in your order is unavailable, we’ll notify you via email with an estimated restock date. If the restock is expected to take more than two weeks, we’ll issue a refund for the missing item(s).

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please email sales@solrano.comwith your name, order number, and clear photos of the damaged item so we can assist you.

What happens if something is missing or damaged from my order?

If an item is missing or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery at sales@solrano.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Can I cancel my order?

If you’d like to cancel, email us immediately at sales@solrano.com. Cancellations are only possible if your order hasn’t yet been processed or shipped.
